Link to Chapter 12
************************
Ianto writhed as the Doctor pressed deep inside him, moaning low in his throat. He tangled his fingers in the already untidy hair, pulling the Doctor into a deep, tongue tangling kiss.
“God, yessss.” Ianto hissed as the Doctor flexed his hips, nailing his prostate dead on.
The Doctor set a hard, deep rhythm, swallowing Ianto’s soft moans and whimpers in kisses, as his free hand roamed restlessly over Ianto’s torso, tweaking his nipples, caressing his hot skin, gradually stroking lower until his hand reached Ianto’s weeping, straining erection. One touch was all it took to send Ianto toppling over the edge, his passage tightening vice like around the Doctor as he cried out, the sound muffled by the kiss. The Doctor’s own cry of completion a moment later was buried in the heated skin of Ianto’s shoulder.
The Doctor let his weight down carefully on Ianto, and they lay still connected as they panted, getting their breath back. Finally they relaxed, and the Doctor rolled over to the side, pulling Ianto with him so that they lay face to face in each others arms, kissing lazily.
“So gorgeous,” the Doctor said, gently brushing his thumb over one of Ianto’s cheekbones.
“No, Jack is gorgeous, I get cute mostly,” Ianto snorted, then he sighed and leaned his head into the Doctor’s shoulder.
“What’s up?” The Doctor asked, sensing a change in the human’s mood.
“What if something goes wrong tomorrow? What if he stays a child, or trying to change him kills him.”
“He’s still immortal Ianto, it can’t kill him. Well it, can, but he’ll come back.”
“And do you want to explain to a small boy, even one as intelligent as Raiko, that he is never going to get any older, never going to die, because of something that he doesn’t remember happening, will never remember happening?”
“No, we’ll just have to have faith in Toshiko, that she is as good as Jack gives her credit for.”
“She is,” Ianto said.
“So, there is no point us worrying about it too much now. We’ll be back in Cardiff in the early hours of the morning, Tosh and Owen both said they would be in early so that we can get it done before Gwen turns up for work. It will be all right Ianto, it has to be.”
“I guess.”
“Come on, we need to get showered. Alistair said he could only watch Raiko until
They got out of bed, and padded through to the bathroom together.
Ianto and the Doctor paused in the doorway to the kitchen, watching with matched fond smiles as Raiko and Alistair worked on a jigsaw puzzle at the kitchen table. Raiko turned and grinned at them.
//We fix broken picture,// he said happily.
//It’s called a jigsaw, and you’re doing very well,// Ianto said, sitting beside him and taking over from Alistair, helping Raiko put it together.
“Thanks for keeping an eye on him Alistair.” The Doctor squeezed his old friends shoulder as he stood up to face him.
“You’re welcome, the little tyke is no trouble at all. Much better behaved than the full sized version. I’ll miss him.”
“I know, so will Ianto and I, but we’re looking forward to getting Jack back too. We’ll let you know how it goes tomorrow.”
“I’d like that, what time do you think you’ll be off tonight?”
“About one, probably.”
“I probably won’t be back by then. Good luck, Doctor, and don’t leave it so long to visit again, old friend.”
“We might all come back next summer, if we can.”
“I shall look forward to it. I especially look forward to getting to know Captain Harkness better, without the contentions of trying to run Torchwood and UNIT causing arguments.”
Alistair turned back to the table, crouching down and ruffling Raiko’s dark hair.
“Goodbye Raiko, it has been very nice meeting you.”
“Good bye,” Raiko said in stilted English.
Alistair smiled and left the room, and the Doctor sat down across the table from Ianto and Raiko.
//What other Earth words have you learned?// The Doctor asked, curious.
“Some. Timmy talk a lot.” The boy shrugged.
“Are you looking forward to going back to
“The place before?”
“Yes.”
“No.”
“Why not?” Ianto asked, surprised.
Raiko frowned for a long moment, searching for the words, then switched back to his own tongue.
//Scary place, didn’t like false woman.//
//False woman?//
//False smile, false caring, horrible.//
//Oh, Gwen. Don’t worry, we don’t much like her either. She won’t be there when we get there.//
//Good.//
Ianto smiled and hugged Raiko lightly.
//So, what do you want to do for your last afternoon here?// He asked.
“Beach?” Raiko asked hopefully.
“All right, let’s get changed then.” The Doctor smiled, getting up and holding out a hand.
**
Tosh and Owen arrived in the hub a little after
“What’s the munchkin up to?” Owen asked, drifting over to watch Raiko. His eyes widened when he clocked the score that was on the screen.
“No way, he can’t have beaten my high score.”
“He has. Surely it won’t take you long to beat his?”
“You have to be kidding, I haven’t even managed to beat my own score.” Owen blurted, then realized what he had said when he heard Tosh snickering behind him. He turned to see her biting her lip as she put the plate of Danishes down on the table.
“Raiko, come on, breakfast,” Ianto said, coming over and putting a tray down with mugs of coffee, a cup of tea and a glass of milk on the table.
“Not finished.” Raiko protested.
“Come on, you’ve been playing for ages,” Ianto said firmly, walking over and hooking an arm around Raiko’s waist, lifting him off the chair and putting him down on the sofa.
“How many goes did he have to get the score that high?” Owen asked.
“One life,” Raiko said, taking the glass of milk that Ianto handed to him and waiting for his pastry.
“No way.”
“Easy game,” Raiko said dismissively.
“How did you do with the device?” The Doctor asked Tosh when Raiko was focused on eating his breakfast.
“As far as I can tell, it’s in working order now. I couldn’t test it though, aside from the chance that it may still burn out, even if it isn’t as jury rigged as I feared, I didn’t want to take the chance Jack’s pattern might be erased from the buffer.”
“No risk of that, they were designed to separate more than a dozen patterns. It’s not worth the risk of burning it out though. Do you have any last minute checks you need to do on it?”
“No, it’s as ready as it’s going to get. Unless you want to check it out?”
“No, Jack has faith in your abilities, we have to trust you as well.”
“Thank you.” She blushed.
“Well, we’d better get to it, if we want to try to change him back before Gwen comes in. Since you dropped off that second device, she’s been coming in earlier and earlier to try to make sure she doesn’t miss anything.” Owen snorted.
“We’ll do it when we’ve finished breakfast,” the Doctor sighed.
“Maybe we should sedate him, we wouldn’t want him to freak out with that thing pointing at him,” Owen suggested.
“Owen is right, we should sedate him.” Ianto agreed.
“All right. No needles though.”
“No, Ianto, you get him another glass of milk, I’ll get something to put in it.” Owen stood up as he spoke, heading towards his domain.
A few minutes later, Ianto and the Doctor changed a drowsy Raiko into a t-shirt and boxer shorts belonging to his adult self, laying him gently on the sofa in his office. Ianto leaned down and kissed the child on the forehead, smoothing his hair.
“Close your eyes, Raiko,” he whispered. Hazy blue eyes drifted shut, and Ianto turned to the Doctor, stepping into his embrace as they watched Toshiko setting up the device.
“Tell me it’s going to be OK,” he said, hiding his face in the Time Lord’s shoulder.
“It’s going to be OK,” he replied, holding him tightly, neither of them could watch as Tosh activated the device, closing their eyes against the blue flash.
Gwen bounced into the hub at 7am, fixing her brightest smile to her face when she realized that the others had got in before her again. Tosh was tapping away at her keyboard, and Owen was glued to his screen, although he didn’t seem to be watching porn for a change, it looked like some kind of medical report.
“Good morning, can I get you two some coffee?” She chirped with forced brightness.
“No thanks, Ianto already made some,” Tosh said without looking up.
“Oh, Ianto’s back?”
“Yes.”
“Oh, right,”
She looked up and saw Ianto and the Doctor standing shoulder to shoulder beside the water tower.
“Hi, did you and Jack have a nice holiday?”
“There were a few ups and downs, but Raiko had a nice time, yes.”
“So, how is he?”
“Pissed, and wanting a word with you about never learning your lesson. A word about still sticking your nose in stuff that is not, and never will be, any of your business. You’re not getting off unpunished this time, PC Cooper.”
Turning at the sound of the familiar American accent, she saw Jack in the doorway to his office, leaning against the frame with his arms crossed. There was something dark, predatory to his eyes.
“Step into my office, PC Cooper, we are going to have a little……chat.”
tbc??????????
*******************************
No, seriously, only one chapter, maybe two at the very most left. This is your last chance to put in your twopence worth on Coopers comeuppance.
Once this is finished, After the Dancing is Done will be stepping up to the plate, so what do you think I should do, put the first part up again, or just link to it from the second part? Let me know.

I wonder if the police would like her back. Hmmm.

And she did seem like a decent beat cop when she wasn't getting her head smashed in or watching people be resurrected...
From:

Hmm, back in uniform, with a transfer to...(where is cold and miserable, but still within reach of Torchwood?) Then Rhys could have the choice of whether or not he was going to stick with her. Maybe he's had his eye on a nice dispatcher from his work.

It's cold, it's wet, it's remote. What's not to love?

I would send her somewhere awful and boring.

As for Gwen, giving her back to the Police sounds good to me!
From:

Giving Gwen back to the police may sound good to us, but would they want her, lol.

and damn - why do I get the impression that PC Cooper will be in need of a quick underwear change after Jack gets thru with her - she deserves to have some get thru to her and if it scares her then so be it!
just hope it's a well deserved punishment for her

They will miss Raiko, but maybe they can veiw it as good practice, *whistles innocently*
As to Gwen, I think she might just find out she isn't as wonderful as she beleives she is in Jack's eyes.

But as for Gwen's fate...hmm, stuck on directing traffic in the coldest wettest windiest city in the country maybe?
From:

Directing traffic is too good for her. There must be something nasteir than that that the police are responsible for.

Although, if she was retconned what would be done about poor old Andy?
From:

If she was retconned, there would be a space in Torchwood 3 to be filled, Andy would probably be a good option, lol.

Not really sure what you should do to Gwen...try not to make her cry to much though please... I always start to feel guilty and sympathic when she does, which you know considering she's like my least favourite character on both shows kinda says something.
Maybe she has to be a slave or something for like a year?... I don't know I'm hopeless at coming up with punishments!
Either way can't wait to read the next chapter. So get it up soon ok?!...
From:

Don't know about not making her cry, she deserves to shed a few tears, retcon seems to be the main theme going on here though, so she might cry some, but she's not likely to remember it. lol.
I hope the next chapter will be done very soon.
From:

I say retcon Gwen.
And put the first part up again.

Retcon seems to be the overwhelming vote, I wonder how selective it can be, hmmmm. Don't know about fish though, not demening enough. I wonder if sewerage works have police patrols.
I'll repost the first part of ADD when I post the last chapter of this then, thanks.
