That's one of the most popular theories on the board, yes. Have you gone in for the $10 VIP membership, or have you just downloaded the scans?
VIP members have access to the chapters as they're translated, rather than waiting for them all to be compiled in books and translated that way. Although, the book-translations are a fair bit more polished than the chapter-translations, but the chapter translations are much faster if you need your monthly Guyver fix. ;)
