Right, we'll try this again. I did this last night, but the backup thing isn't working, and the whole thing got deleted.
So, once more unto the breach!

Angharad Jones bustled around the kitchen, making sure everything was prepared for dinner that night. She was so looking forward to seeing Ianto and the others again, and meeting the new baby. Huw came into the kitchen and tried to take a biscuit off the cooling rack, grinning when she slapped his hand.
"There are only four of them, and one newborn baby. I don't think that they're going to eat two dozen biscuits."
"I suppose, but I thought they could take some with them when they left too. And some of the cake."
"It's like having Ianto back at Uni again, making up food parcels to send back with him." He laughed, succeeding in pinching a biscuit this time before hightailing it out of the kitchen to grab a shower. She laughed at him as she went to put the kettle on.
She wandered through to the living room when she had her tea, looking at the bassinet she had borrowed from Bronwyn, and the box of toys Carys had dropped off for Bobby to play with while they were here. She moved the bassinet slightly so it was out of the sunlight streaming throught the window, then sat down to watch her daytime programs. She wasn't keen on the daytime soaps, but she loved cash in the attic and bargain hunt and that sort of stuff.
Huw fetched himself a cup of tea and joined her as homes under the hammer was starting, and they sat together, laughing at some of the predictions these people had for their budgets and how long it was going to take to complete the projects.
She heard the crunch of gravel on the front path, and looked out of the window. She saw Ianto first, Bobby toddling along in front of him. The little boy slid on the loose gravel, and laughed as he went down, holding up a handful of the small stones to Ianto, who had hurried forward to pick him up. Ianto nodded and said something to the child, dusting off his hands when he dropped the gravel back onto the path.
Ianto looked up from where he still crouched beside Bobby when she opened the door, and grinned at her.
"Hello mam."
"Hello Ianto. Are you all right there Bobby?" She asked. Bobby nodded, picking up his teddy and carefully dusting it off.
"Come in, come in." She said, stepping back.
"Where are the others?" She asked Ianto as they stepped inside.
"They had to change the baby. I came on ahead with Bobby, the Doctor was waiting for Jack." He said with a smile.
"Well, make yourselves comfortable, I'll just leave the door open for the others while I put the kettle on again. Will Bobby drink milk, or juice?" She asked.
"Juice, I think." Ianto shrugged.
"Right, Carys dropped some toys off for him to play with too."
"Great, thanks."
By the time the others arrived, Bobby was happily playing with a toy car on the rug, Ianto down there with him as they pushed it back and forth between them.
"Hello?" The Doctor called as they stepped inside.
"There you are. Ianto and Bobby are in the living room, and I just made tea. Would you like some?"
"Oh, that would be lovely." The Doctor said.
"And you Jack?"
"Uh, would you have any coffee?" Jack asked her.
"Of course." She smiled.
When she got back to the living room, Jack was on the floor with Ianto and Bobby, and the Doctor was on the sofa, the baby nestled against his chest, her fingers curled around his as she yawned up at him.
"So, who is this little angel then?" She asked, holding a finger out to her other hand, and smiling when she gripped it.
"Go on Yan." Jack said with a huge grin.
"Mam, meet Kalen Angharad." Ianto said.
"What? Why?" She asked, stunned. Ianto blushed scarlet and looked down at the carpet, muttering something too quiet for her to hear.
"What was that Ianto?" She asked.
"I delivered her." Ianto said more clearly, still scarlet.
"How come?" She asked.
"Jack and I were alone when he went into labor. I called for the Doctor, but she was born too fast. By the he got back, she was there." Ianto said, losing some of the high color.
"Well she's a little cutie." Angharad said.
"Thank you." Jack said with a smile.
"So Bobby, do you like your new sister?" She asked the boy.
He thought about it for a moment, his head tilted as he looked at the baby.
"Little." Was his verdict. Jack laughed and pulled Bobby over to him, kissing him on top of his head.
"Very." Angharad agreed.
Kalen whimpered, then started to cry, screwing her face up as she started to scream, her fists clenching.
"Oh, hey. What's up?" The Doctor crooned, rocking her.
"I'll take her." Jack said. The Doctor passed her over, and the minute she was settled against his chest she quieted.
"Wow, that's impressive." Angharad said.
"She heard my heartbeat for nine months. It soothes her." Jack said softly, stroking the tears off Kalen's little face with his thumb. She sighed and went to sleep in Jack's arms. Angharad pointed out the bassinet, and he settled Kalen into it, she whimpered again, her eyes opening a slit, but sleep won out and she quickly settled again.
"Are you staying a couple of days?" Angharad asked as she settled onto the sofa again.
"We were thinking maybe we'd be around for the weekend." The Doctor said.
"Good. There's a circus in Cardiff park. I thought maybe you'd like to take Bobby along if Huw and I looked after Kalen." She offered.
"Uhm, I'm not sure that's such a good idea. We can't risk going into Cardiff. If we're seen, it could be very bad." Jack said, looking uncomfortable.
"Oh."
"I have a better idea. You and Huw take him." Jack suggested.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. It would be a shame for him to miss out because we can't risk them seeing us. If anyone did recognize you, they would assume you were with one of your grandchildren." Jack said.
They had a great weekend with Ianto's parents, and Bobby had loved the circus, coming back wide eyed and set on being a high wire or trapeze performer.
Angharad walked with them back to the TARDIS, carrying the basket of baking they were taking with them.
"When will we see you again?" She asked as they came in sight of the TARDIS.
"We'll try to get Ianto back for Christmas or New Year." The Doctor promised her.
"I'll be expecting to see all of you!" She said firmly.
"Wouldn't miss it." He said, giving her a peck on the cheek. She rolled her eyes at him and passed him the basket as he ushered the others inside.
"See you soon." She grinned at him. She waited until the ship vanished in the usual cacophony of noise before heading back toward the house.
