That's elegant and beautiful. The center reminds me of something Gallifreyian and the side lattices are a lovely Celtic weave.

Is the tat going to be all black/blue (whatever a non-colored tattoo is done in) or is it going to be in colors, like blue/green?

Thank you muchly, it is in fact the seal of Rassilon *g* points to icon, and the band is celtic knots (you're good)

Shockingly enough, I haven't decided on colors yet, I'm sure of the design (Obviously, lol) but not the colors. Oh well, I still have two weeks to make up my mind *headdesk*, I may end up nod deciding at all, and just letting the guy with the needles decide the best colors for it.
