*feels for Jack* Oh my dear Jack, betrayed by the Time Agency. How disheartening for him to find out that the very agency that was supposed to be above reproach got corrupted (or at least key personnel and officals were). At least now he knows why those two years of his memory was erased. Maybe now that he knows he wasn't a bad person who got punished, but was a good man trying to bring the villains to justice and some cuddling/supportive words with the Doctor he'll feel a bit better. If that doesn't work I say the Doctor should look up Ace and get her to help blow up the Time Agency like Jack suggested. To be fair to innocent agents we can set off an alarm that would clear the building first.
