I knew when I first posted it that I wasn't right, I still know now that it isn't right 'cause you've told me so yet in my mind there is a little child jumping up and down yelling "He's Scotish Torchwood, damnit, he, e is, he is!"
Not sure why.
It just likes that idea, not matter how wrong it is. I think being a semi-Scot I have developed a bond with ScotsTorchwood.
