As for William and George, the minute you mentioned Sctish burr my mind yelled at me "He's going to be random office guy from Torchwood Edinburgh!" Which, by the way, is located under a coffee stand in Edinburgh, they aren't very discreet they actually have Torchwood institute printed across the top... obviously aiming for a double bluff.
