Back from Cardiff, and I had a great time. I stayed in the innkeepers lodge, it was very nice, but it wasn't in the center of Cardiff, and it wasn't exactly easy to get to. They do have a lodge near the airport from what I can tell, and they all seem to be exactly the same. (I have stayed in a few of thiers, and I'm planning on using them again when I go to Birmingham in January to see Aladin) SO I can recommend them as long as you don't mind spending 15-20 minutes on the bus or paying a tenner for a taxi. Their website is easy to find, just Google Innkeepers lodge and it's right at the top.
