You know I love this, so just insert gushing here. I'm pleased you managed to rescue it (I now type everything on Word and copy it across after LJ did that to me one time - annoying isn't it!)

Anyhoo, lovely update, and nice touch with the daytime TV!

Minor niggle - when you have a speech tag, it should be preceded by a comma (or a question/exclamation mark). So for example it should be "I'll be expecting to see all of you," she said firmly. If it's not a speech tag, like grinned or whatever, then a full stop and a capital is fine.
