Can someone please tell me how to friends lock a comm, so that you have to be a memeber to read any of the entries?

I'm not sure how to lock a journal. I think you do it when you edit your account. Before you lock your journal, could you friend me please?

basically you make certain that ALL entries are set to 'friends only' and that locks the community/journal - as far as I know

Under your 'Journal settings' - 'Additional Security' - 'Entry Security' and then set that to "Friends". I'm not sure that exactly what you're looking for, but it will frendslock your journal. You can still make certain things like your stories public if you want, but you have to specifically choose that when you post, or go back and edit for it.

I don't comment often because I'm dyslexic and it's hard for me to type, but if you're not going to keep your stories public, could I also request to be friended? I love your writing, and I've really enjoyed the stories so far.
