I haven't seen much fic where the Doctor gets pregnant. I THINK there were a couple on Teaspoon, but I couldn't tell you who by, or the titles. It really isn't my thing, there are a few characters I just can't see getting pregnant in any of my fandoms, and the Doctor is one of them. Glad you're liking this though.
